Lindo-Pasdaran

Pasdaran Lindo was the third branch of Lindo’s stores designed by Morietz. Our team started the design and construction phase of this 600-meter shop, so the designation that fits with the needs of a standard store and implementing technical and executive details were predicted and considered from the beginning of the project. Elements such as adequate storage space, convenient office space, ventilation and cooling systems, entrance and window display design, floor material selection, and .etc. were considered to the needs of the business and brand identity. In the interior design of the store, given the location of the project and the target group of neighborhoods, it was necessary to create a more premium space than the previous Lindo projects. So, with the use of materials and store fittings such as the German Visplay, we created more modern and efficient displays and stands. We used the great walls of the store to create the unit walls that were defined and designed for each product category and were based on the concept of branding. Given the eight columns of the store structure and their location, the layout of the store was designed as symmetrical zones with a priority of product sales and while creating a brand identity element, the space around the columns was used to create a display. General lighting was done with built-in lights and for lighting, the goods were under metal halide focus lights. At the entrance of the store there was a beautifully decorated dining table with selected merchandise and lightened with decorative lighting, provides a stylish and inviting environment of entering the modern homeware and kitchenware store for customers.
