For years, Sanat Sazan Co. has been recognized as the leader of Iran’s plastic homeware and kitchenware industry. At the time of the beginning of the project, Sanat Sazan was not known for having a large share of the market among final consumers.
We offer to rebrand and then a powerful launcher and investment in introducing the brand and its products to our customers. At the beginning of the project, a lot of research was carried out on the market and consumers. We agreed with the customer that rebranding is essential due to low brand awareness and inappropriateness of the previous name. During several processes, the brand name was chosen and changed to Limon and brand strategy was determined. The sequencing of events for the brand launch was explained and during this program, the new brand was first introduced internally and then outside the organization.
The new brand launch campaign was very successful so that the market share of the industrial company rose significantly in the short term, and so far Limon has maintained the leading position in the plastic homeware and kitchenware market.
