Lindo chain stores were established in the form of modern retail in 2009 with the aim of supplying home and kitchen appliances that meets the needs of the middle class of the society. The owners and managers of this collection, who had years of experience of trading and retailing of home and kitchen appliances inside and outside Iran, sought to create an up-to-date and international experience for Iranian customers who have been dealt with traditional markets. Hence, at the beginning of our project, along with the customer, we were able to understand and analyze the business and its objectives to study the market, competitors, customers, as well as international and modern trends of this industry.
The supplied items included a variety of kitchen and home appliances that came from internationally reputable brands such as Luminarc, Soga, and Tefal .etc. that all were accessible for the middle class of the society at one point. To create the identity and concept of the store, we designed a space that is consistent with this strategy; the inviting, simple and up-to-date atmosphere, at the same time that on the other hand does not convey a sense of luxury and costliness to the customer. The color concept was used according to the target customer and simple forms and visual levels were used in displays and stands in white and gray colors due to the wide variety of products and brands.
